EXPERIENTIAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
Working alongside Tourism Haldimand and Haldimand County, KLB led four operators in bringing tourism experiences to market. This 5-month project involved expressions of interest, site tours, group training sessions, 1:1 coaching, piloting, and market-readiness through the creation of eCommerce, digital marketing materials, strategic marketing development, and the implementation of digital advertising campaigns. These experiences integrated local B2B partnerships to enhance diversity, sustainability, and community connectedness. Each experience focused on sourcing and utilizing local foodways and products and was designed to thrive in what is traditionally considered tourism's off-season or shoulder-season.

Project Outcomes
eCommerce Booking Pages and Set-up: Assisting operators with web design and development through the creation of landing pages for their experiences and the integration of a booking system.
Videography and Photography: Full-day video and photography shoot to capture advertising materials for their websites, and their social media accounts.
Social media marketing utilizing new high-quality assets: An ad campaign was executed 3-weeks prior to launch dates to spread awareness of the new experiences and encourage participation.
Digital Marketing Strategies: Alongside assisting with an ad campaign, we provided a variety of strategies and tactics on how to best market themselves online.
