Ginawaydaganuc Village:
Strategic Planning & Development Support

KLB Consulting is proud to support Ginawaydaganuc Village in transforming its bold, Indigenous-inspired vision into a thriving reality. Rooted in cultural revitalization, environmental stewardship, and economic reconciliation, Ginawaydaganuc Village is poised to become a unique educational and regenerative hub that serves both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.

Since the early stages of development, KLB has worked closely with the Village’s leadership to lay a strong foundation. This has included coordination with municipal planning departments, the creation of comprehensive funding proposals, and strategic guidance in areas such as tourism development, financial planning, and organizational design. Through ongoing consultations, research, and writing, KLB has helped shape the Village’s path forward while ensuring alignment with its core mission and values.

KLB has also led the development of a detailed fundraising strategy, written terms of reference for multiple advisory committees, and provided grant writing expertise to ensure long-term sustainability. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to cultural integrity, community empowerment, and meaningful, lasting impact.
