Stroll Walking Tours
Financial Feasibility Study (2024 - 2025)
KLB Consulting is proud to have supported Stroll Walking Tours in advancing their vision for a self-guided, multi-day walking experience in the Waterloo Region through the development of a comprehensive feasibility study and marketing strategy. Together, these initiatives provide both the foundation and the roadmap needed to bring this innovative tourism concept to life.
The two-phase feasibility study began in 2023 through the RTO4 Partnership Program. Phase one explored market demand and confirmed the concept’s viability, while phase two assessed financial feasibility through cost analysis, risk assessment, and detailed implementation planning.
Building on these insights, KLB developed a marketing strategy that integrates market research, customer analysis, infrastructure requirements, consultations, and a SWOT analysis. This strategy not only evaluates the viability of piloting the tour but also outlines how to organize, promote, and sustain the experience effectively.
Together, the feasibility study and marketing strategy equip Stroll Walking Tours with actionable tools and clear direction, ensuring informed decision-making as they move closer to launching a unique and memorable tourism experience for the region.
