As an authorized tourism industry advisor for Indigenous Tourism British Columbia, KLB Consulting guided Gulf Island Seaplanes in developing a unique inflight tourism experience rooted in Indigenous stories, covering all aspects from pre-piloting preparation to marketing, with a market launch planned for spring 2024.
