Ongoing & Past Projects

  • In addition to developing marketing and sponsorship materials, KLB Consulting serves as the dedicated grant writer for the Leamington Arts Centre. We are actively sourcing and securing grants that enable the Centre to continue offering a vibrant and enriching art life to community members.

  • KLB Consulting developed a comprehensive three-year Strategic and COVID Recovery Plan for the Leamington Arts Centre (LAC). This plan supports LAC’s role as a key community asset and cultural pillar in Leamington, Ontario.

The plan addresses the operational impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing the need for a sustainable funding structure to support consistent staffing and long-term goals. It provides a framework for restructuring the organization to ensure financial sustainability, aiming for the LAC to become a self-sustaining, resilient community pillar by 2026.

  • KLB Consulting played a key role in assisting the Leamington Arts Centre by developing comprehensive marketing materials for their Naming Rights Sponsorship Opportunities. This support included creating engaging social media posts and designing an informative brochure, which was printed and distributed to visitors at the centre. Additionally, KLB Consulting developed a detailed Naming Rights Sponsorship Opportunities Booklet, providing in-depth information about investment opportunities in various spaces at the Leamington Arts Centre. These materials were crafted to effectively promote sponsorship opportunities and enhance visibility for potential supporters, driving engagement and investment in the center's future.
