Chef Keeshig began his career in Owen Sound, Ontario, training at Georgian College under Chef Anthony Bevan and refining his skills with masters like Chef Tim Johnston at Cobble Beach. His experience spans esteemed establishments including Langdon Hall, Eigensinn Farm, and Restaurant Pearl Morissette. Dedicated to culinary education and sustainability, Zach promotes responsible foraging and land stewardship, recently supported by Meridian Bank to engage local students in these practices.
