Ongoing & Past Projects

KLB Consulting, in collaboration with White Otter Consulting, is assisting Tk’emlúps te Secwe̓pemc (TteS) in developing a Tourism Development and Readiness Strategy. Running from March 2023 to August 2024, this strategy aims to prepare the community to become a competitive destination by assessing current tourism assets, resources, and infrastructure. It emphasizes community consultation and collaboration, ensuring that members' voices guide the process. The plan identifies opportunities for growth, addresses challenges, and outlines strategies for sustainable tourism, supported by Indigenous Tourism British Columbia (ITBC).
