ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MARKETING & READINESS PLAN
KLB crafted a comprehensive marketing and readiness plan to bolster the town’s economic development initiatives. The strategy pinpointed specific target segments – immigrants, film industry professionals, tech-sector employees, and young families – leveraging the town’s robust fiber internet infrastructure. However, in-depth research and extensive consultations with a diverse group of stakeholders, including community members, industry experts, and town officials, revealed the necessity to recalibrate the economic development priorities. Consequently, the project evolved into a dual-focus endeavour, addressing both marketing and enhancing the town’s readiness to attract these key demographics.
