Royal City Science
Strategic Fundraising Plan (2024)
KLB Consulting is proud to have developed a strategic fundraising plan for Royal City Science (RCS) in support of the construction of the Royal City Science Centre (RCSC) and the delivery of ongoing STEAM programming and events. The plan was designed to provide clarity and direction for all stakeholders, outlining roles, responsibilities, and priorities in advancing this transformative community project.
Grounded in actionable strategies, the plan details fundraising steps across multiple development phases, supported by feasibility studies conducted by Process Curiosity and ZAS Architects. These studies provide essential materials to strengthen marketing efforts and deepen donor engagement throughout the campaign.
By diversifying funding sources and building financial stability, the plan positions RCS to realize its vision of a state-of-the-art science centre that will inspire curiosity, learning, and innovation for the Wellington community and beyond.
