Marketing & Readiness Plan (2024)
KLB Consulting is proud to have developed a Marketing & Readiness Plan for the Town of Perth, providing a clear roadmap for economic development marketing over the next three to five years. The plan was designed to strengthen Perth’s foundation while positioning the town to actively engage new audiences and foster sustainable growth.
Grounded in a phased approach, the plan begins with Step 1: Enhance & Prepare, which focuses on building internal capacity, addressing readiness concerns, and ensuring the community has a solid foundation to support future initiatives. This is followed by Step 2: Engage & Attract, which outlines targeted marketing efforts to draw people in and elevate Perth’s profile as a destination for investment, tourism, and community life.
By prioritizing readiness before activation, the plan ensures that Perth’s marketing initiatives are not only impactful but also sustainable, delivering long-term benefits for both the town and its residents.
