Perth County
Experiential Tourism Workshop
KLB Consulting was engaged to expand and enhance Perth County’s experiential tourism offerings by equipping local operators with practical tools to design and deliver market-ready visitor experiences.
Building on earlier work with RTO7, KLB designed and facilitated an interactive half-day workshop that introduced operators to the fundamentals of experiential tourism, while providing hands-on strategies to strengthen and diversify their products.
The first session, held in December 2024, sold out quickly—reflecting strong local interest and demand. In response, Perth County commissioned a second workshop, scheduled for September 2025, to continue building capacity and momentum across the region.
