The City of Vaughan’s "Better Your Business: Tourism Diversity Program” was the winner of Best Project/Plan at the 2023 EDAC Marketing Awards! KLB is so proud to have been the lead consulting firm on this project alongside the brilliant minds of tante Consulting, Black in Hospitality, Brem Consulting, Journeys InEquity, Krystal Abotossaway, Leigh Kitlar, and Joe Baker & Co. The program included 16 customized DEI frameworks/strategies for various local organizations, as well as educational seminars on the topics of inclusive culture, diverse workforces, solutions to real-time inequities, and equity in the workplace.
